Snoop Dogg is officially joining the 2024 Olympics. While he won’t be jumping any hurdles or attempting the Biles II, the rapper has been named the final torchbearer and is set to carry the Olympic torch on the final stretch before the official opening ceremony.
As confirmed by Mathieu Hanotin, the mayor of Saint-Denis, on X, Snoop will carry the torch through the town of Saint-Denis – which is home to Stade de France as well as the new Olympic Aquatics Centre.
